Who pays return shipping?
For approved returns, Zeratta provides return instructions and a prepaid return label. Return shipping is complimentary for approved returns, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. If your item is damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed, please contact Client Care so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
