Refund policy

Return conditions

Eligible clothing may be returned by requesting authorization within 7 calendar days of delivery, or final delivery for orders dispatched in separate parcels. Any longer period expressly offered at purchase will be honored.

For change-of-mind returns, items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with tags and SKU-labelled packaging. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase. These conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Return arrangements

Contact support@zeratta.com with the order number and item details. Client Services will provide authorization, return instructions, and a prepaid label. Return shipping is complimentary for approved returns.

Dispatch the return within 7 calendar days of approval, unless a longer period applies, and retain proof of postage. Items should be sent only to the address supplied by Client Services.

Damaged or incorrect items

Notify Client Services promptly, providing photographs where available. Zeratta will arrange the appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy without charging return shipping for its error. The voluntary return window does not restrict warranty or statutory claims.

Refunds and exchanges

Returns are normally reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to bank processing and any shorter legal deadline. Exchange options are subject to availability.

Original outbound shipping is non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Legally required reimbursements will not be replaced with store credit without the client's agreement.

European Union purchases

For eligible EU online purchases, withdrawal may be notified within 14 days of delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. Goods must then be returned within 14 days. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until receipt of the goods or proof of return.

Eligible reimbursement includes standard outbound delivery, excluding any additional premium-delivery charge. Only lawful deductions for handling beyond necessary inspection may apply. Original-packaging conditions do not override statutory withdrawal rights.

Consumer rights

Mandatory U.S. federal, state, and other applicable consumer and warranty rights remain unaffected. For cancellations and dispatch delays, consult our shipping policy.
