Zeratta currently ships to the United States and selected European Union destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. In-stock items may be processed sooner.

Estimated carrier transit is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch for the United States and eligible European Union destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, peak periods, weather, or destination.

Tracked Shipping is US$5.00 for orders from US$0.00 through US$199.99. Complimentary Shipping is available for orders of US$200.00 or more. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Zeratta works with international suppliers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers. Depending on the product and destination, orders may be dispatched from international fulfillment locations, including China.

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees. Charges collected by Zeratta are displayed at checkout. If a charge is not collected at checkout, it may be due before or at delivery.

Contact support@zeratta.com before returning an item. Eligible non-EU return requests may generally be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Eligible European Union consumers retain applicable statutory withdrawal rights, including the 14-day right where the law applies.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping where permitted by law unless Zeratta expressly states otherwise in the return instructions. For defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items caused by our error, Zeratta will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return-shipping costs where required.
