These terms govern the use of zeratta.com and purchases made through the website. Purchases are concluded directly with Zeratta. The website operator is identified in our legal notice.

Orders and payment

Clients must be legally entitled to purchase and provide accurate payment, contact, and delivery information. Product availability, prices, and applicable charges are presented before payment. Orders may be declined or corrected where permitted by law; amounts due for cancelled, unshipped merchandise will be refunded. No substitution will be made without the client's agreement.

Products

Products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal requirements. Minor variations in displayed colors may result from screen settings. Changes to product information do not affect rights arising from an existing purchase.

Delivery, returns, and cancellation
