Standard shipping is US$9.00 for orders below US$150.00. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders of US$150.00 or more. This applies to all destinations we currently serve. Taxes, customs duties and import fees, where applicable, are separate from shipping.

Zeratta works with international suppliers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers. Depending on the product and destination, orders may be dispatched from international fulfillment locations, including China.

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees. Charges collected by Zeratta are displayed at checkout. If a charge is not collected at checkout, it may be due before or at delivery.

Visit Track Your Order. Tracking becomes available after shipment and may take time to update.

Contact support@zeratta.com before returning an item. Eligible non-EU return requests may generally be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Eligible European Union consumers retain applicable statutory withdrawal rights, including the 14-day right where the law applies.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping where permitted by law unless Zeratta expressly states otherwise in the return instructions. For defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items caused by our error, Zeratta will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return-shipping costs where required.
